Ragamuffin Parade
Halloween 2004

On Saturday, October 30 at 1 p.m., the Annual Hasbrouck Heights Ragamuffin Parade began at Public Safety Building on Hamilton Avenue and marched along The Boulevard sidewalk to the New Municipal Complex at Central Avenue for a "boo-ti-ful good time".   Peppermint Playhouse puppeteers entertained the children.  Juice and cookies were served. Event sponsored by Mayors Celebration Committee.
