The group bill's itself as Kids Rock -- a refreshing alternative that appeals to young and old alike.  Recent reviews state, "an absolute delight for both kids and parents alike, filled with bouncy, infectious tunes", and "a free-spirited blend of pop, rock, jazz, and more".

The Bobby Byrne Show is a unique blend of music that featured Broadway show-stoppers, Irish ballads, Italian arias, hilarious novelty numbers, Elvis Presley rockers and old time sing-a-long songs.  Bobby Byrne is a favored entertainer of many celebrities with many admirers in Washington D.C. circles. Bobby Byrne has played Carnegie Hall, the PNC Arts Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Atlantic City, Germany, Cancun, Bahamas, etc.. He has hosted Bobby Byrne Tours to Ireland, Italy, Canada, Spain, New Orleans, Las Vegas, Branson and more.

The public was welcomed. Lawn seating on the field was permitted.  No back packs or coolers were allowed.  Those under 12 were accompanied by an adult.    Refreshments and souvenirs were available. Free tattoos and face painting was provided by the Girl Scouts. Additional volunteers included the HH Jr. Women's Club and the HH Parents of Athletes.  There was a 50/50 raffle.

The event was sponsored by the Hasbrouck Heights and Wood-Ridge Municipal Alliances. Substance abuse is a major health problem that puts millions at risk for alcohol and drug related traffic accidents, poor academic and work performance and criminal offences. The Alliances look to educate the community of the negative effects and provide special events to build a stronger community.
