Ragamuffin Parade
Halloween 2006

On Saturday, October 28 at 1 p.m., the Annual Hasbrouck Heights Ragamuffin Parade was held at  the New Municipal Complex at Central Avenue for a "boo-ti-ful good time". There was a video for the children to watch.  Juice and cookies were served.  The parade march from the Public Safety Building along the Boulevard to the Complex was cancelled due to heavy rain. Event sponsored by Mayors Celebration Committee.
