5,900 Pounds Shredded

The Hasbrouck Heights Recycling Program, in conjunction with the BCUA Mobile On-site Shred Program and recycling vendor Nexcut, hosted a Community Paper Shredding Event on Saturday, April 2, 2011, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Municipal Parking lot (Boulevard and Central Avenue).

This free event provided residents and businesses the opportunity to have their sensitive documents safely shredded and recycled. This was the third shredding event in Hasbrouck Heights. Approximately 5,900 pounds were shredded and recycled. For additional information about the Hasbrouck Heights Recycling Program, call 201-288-1072. ###
