Rights Reserved Reorganization Meeting 2012 On January 1, 2012, at 11:45 a.m., a Sine Die Meeting was held to conclude 2011 business. The year 2012 began with Borough Clerk Rose Marie Sees administering the Oath of Office to Mayor Rose Heck. Robert DiPisa, Esq., administered the Oath of Office to his father, Justin DiPisa and Mayor Heck then administered the Oath of Office to Councilwoman Pamela J. Link. Upon the seating of the council members, Mayor Rose Heck declared the 2012 Reorganization Meeting in session. There was a Salute to the Flag. Conchita Parker led the singing of "God Bless America," and an Invocation was given by Deacon Vincent DeFedele of Corpus Christi Church. The Mayor administered the Oath of Office to the 2012 Fire Department Chiefs and Officers (see page 30). There was an announcement of council assignments, consent agenda, and Council naming Russell Lipari as Council President and representative to the Planning Board. Mayor Heck made her appointments and delivered her Annual Address. Deacon Vincent DeFedele provided the concluding Benediction. The meeting was adjourned.
