Ragamuffin Parade
Halloween 2002

On Saturday, October 26 at 1 p.m., the Annual Hasbrouck Heights Ragamuffin Parade began at Kipp Avenue and marched along The Boulevard sidewalk to the Masonic Hall at Division Avenue for a "boo-t-ful good time".  Event sponsored by Mayors Celebration Committee.
